老藤指的是年齡在50歲以上的葡萄藤，所謂薑是老的辣，藤是老的醇，雖然每株老藤的葡
萄產量不多，但卻是帶有千錘百練的渾厚風味，艾拉蔓佳釀在此介紹波恩酒莊的絲萬那老
藤白酒2013（Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes），這些從50年以上，甚至超過一世紀老藤所長的
葡萄釀出的酒，具有渾厚的風味，同時還帶有新鮮和礦物氣息，而從味蕾中散發出那淡淡
的蘋果和榛果香味，是壽司、海鮮貝類和奶酪的最好搭檔。
